These pink mushrooms are amazing, they have such a beautiful color to them, they have a very light smell to them, remind me of a rose pedal! Great for eating, don't be scared by the color, they have a sweet and subtle taste not much differen't from the white oyster.  They produce a lovely light color when dried and would be great for natural dye!
